About This Project


Eloquii is a plus-sized fashion brand originally launched in 2011, by The Limited. We were sought to help this women’s clothing line stand out in a sea of competition. This entailed integrating the latest web, SEO, social and mobile media platforms to drive customer engagement and sales.


Eloquii turned to us with the following goals:
• Build awareness among the target audience
• Create a strong social presence for ELOQUII by building a digital footprint worthy of The Limited’s brand
• Tell the ELOQUII story and increase awareness of the company
• Create an interactive relationship so customers can discover products


The Strategy
• Created and launched a social strategy to highlight the company and it’s products
• Provided customer support across digital platforms
• Built and managed relationships with retailers, influencers, and the media to drive visibility and revenue for the brand
• Provided strategic advice on other digital communications channels such as affiliates and online PR


The Results
• Within the first quarter there was an increase in 45% of total visits and 41% of total sales
• Built fan base on Facebook from 0 to 90,000
• Increased Twitter mentions and reach by 450%
• Search was Eloquii’s fastest growing customer acquisition channel
